Q: What is Bowl Bar catering?

Guests at your event can enjoy our DIY açaí bar concept, accompanied by our stellar team with:

  • Made-in-house granola (3-4 options)

  • Fresh fruit and superfood toppings (6-8 options)

  • 2 hours of free bowl-tending

Q: What different bowl sizes do you offer?

On the left, you’ll see our regular sized bowl, which is about 16oz. On the right, that is our Adorabowl size which is about 12 oz.


Q: What fees are included in the total cost?
There is a travel and 3% processing fee.

Q: What forms of payment do you take?
We take debit/credit card and check. 


Q: Can leftovers be saved in the freezer?
No, our products are best consumed on the spot, but if absolutely necessary, we recommend freezing it no longer than 20 minutes and letting it thaw for 5 minutes in the refrigerator.

Q: Do you need power?
Our truck does not require power as it can run on its own generator. However, our Bowl Bar set up needs one 20 AMPT outlet. 

Q: How much time do you need to setup? 
Give us 30 mins - 45mins to set up a enjoyable spread for you and your guests!

Q: Is there a minimum for the delivery? Catering? Truck?

There is no minimum for deliveries. To book, our truck minimum is $1200 and our HHH minimum is $300

Q: Where do you service?
Greater Los Angeles Area and most surrounding areas. Please inquire to see if you’re within our service area. 


Q: When is the latest I can book an event?
We are able to accept requests up to 72 hours in advance. Any event that falls below the 72 hour notice is on a case by case basis, based on availability.  Please note that with shorter notice, the date requested may not be available due to another event. 

Q: Can I request an event more than the 2 hour free service?
Yes! There is a fee for additional hours if your event requires more than 2 hours. Please contact for more information.


Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or personalized orders?
Yep! We can accommodate most request as long as you notify us during your booking 48 hours in advance.


Q: Will you provide utensils?
Yep. We will provide the serving utensils, spoons, and napkins. We can also bring our own canopy and power source if necessary.

Q: Our event/office building requires that you add them as an additional insured. Can you do that?
Yes, all we need is the company name and address of the building to issue a Certificate of Insurance to you. We can also add your company with your company's name and address. Please send the name of the additional insured and address when booking
